By engaging our services, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. One-Time Setup Policy
Our services are provided as a one-time setup. We are committed to excellence and will work diligently until the initial setup meets your requirements.
2. Final Approval & Acceptance
Upon completion, formal confirmation is required. Project is considered "Closed" once satisfaction is confirmed. Minor adjustments within 48 hours are included.
3. Future Support & Re-engagement
Any requests requested after final approval will be treated as a new service request with applicable Service Charges.
4. Digital Products & Refund Limitation
As we deal in intangible digital goods (Apps/Games), once the setup is delivered or download is accessed, the one-time service fee is non-refundable unless technical failure is proven.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (apps, games, and software assets), once a product has been delivered or downloaded, refunds are not permitted. Exceptions apply only in cases of verified technical failure where the product cannot be accessed or used as intended. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via diws2026@outlook.com.
6. Shipping & Return Policy
All digital products are delivered instantly via secure download links or app store access. No physical shipping is involved. Returns are not applicable to digital goods; however, replacement or re‑delivery will be provided in case of technical issues.
